Tuning Into Your Energy

You may feel the soft weight of a crystal placed on your abdomen, hear the gentle toning of a singing bowl or feel the vibration of a tuning fork radiate through your body. I may feel called to offer physical touch, with your consent, and begin gently tapping or rocking you side to side to soften any tension or dis-ease that is present.

During your session my intuition guides me and provides insights into your felt experience and assists me in releasing any energetic blocks and coregulating with your nervous system. Through the use of my hands and a variety of healing tools, I assist you in moving old energy patterns and emotions helping your body to release any energy that is no longer of service to you.

Initial Consultation
We’ll begin by getting to know you—your goals, concerns, and intentions for this work. This conversation helps shape the direction of your session and ensures it feels aligned and supportive.

Personalized Breathwork Journey
You’ll be guided through a breathwork experience tailored to your needs. This may support emotional release, deeper self-connection, or a sense of calm and relaxation. Your breath leads the process, and you are always in control of your experience.

Supportive Guidance
Throughout the session, I offer gentle, grounding support as you explore whatever arises. Breathwork can bring up emotions, sensations, or insights, and I’m here to help you navigate it with care and compassion.

Integration & Reflection
Afterward, we’ll take time to reflect and integrate your experience. You may receive journaling prompts or questions to help deepen your understanding and carry insights forward.

Ongoing Support
If it feels supportive, we can discuss next steps—whether that’s continued sessions, simple practices, or tools to help you integrate this work into your daily life.
