Tuning Into Your Energy

You may feel the soft weight of a crystal placed on your abdomen, hear the gentle toning of a singing bowl or feel the vibration of a tuning fork radiate through your body. I may feel called to offer physical touch, with your consent, and begin gently tapping or rocking you side to side to soften any tension or dis-ease that is present.

During your session my intuition guides me and provides insights into your felt experience and assists me in releasing any energetic blocks and coregulating with your nervous system. Through the use of my hands and a variety of healing tools, I assist you in moving old energy patterns and emotions helping your body to release any energy that is no longer of service to you.

How It Works:

  • Pre Session Intake Form: Prior to our first session you will be provided an intake form to complete that asks questions regarding your present life experience aswell as your history. This helps me to get a good understanding of the challenges that you may be experiencing and build a session plan that will assist you in addressing those challenges.

  • Initial Consultation: Our first meeting is all about getting to know you—your goals, your worries, and what you hope to achieve through breathwork. We’ll discuss your intentions and explore any specific areas of your life or well-being that you would like to focus on during our work together.

  • Personalized Breathwork Journey: Based on your individual needs, I will guide you through a tailored breathwork practice. This journey may include deep breathing techniques designed to release blockages, connect you to your inner wisdom, or simply bring you into a state of relaxation and peace. The breath is your guide, and I will hold space for whatever arises in the process.

  • Supportive Guidance: Throughout the session, I provide gentle guidance into your internal landscape, ensuring that you feel safe and supported as you explore the depths of your experience. Breathwork can stir up emotions, insights, or sensations that are unique to you, and I am here to help you navigate whatever surfaces with compassion and understanding.

  • Integration & Reflection: After the breathwork journey, we will take time to reflect on your experience and integrate any insights or shifts. I offer journaling prompts and reflective questions to help process your journey and make sense of any revelations that may have come through.

  • Ongoing Support: If needed, we can discuss any follow-up work or additional resources to help you continue your personal growth beyond our session. This can include meditation practices, further breathwork tools, or scheduling another session to deepen your work.
