Guiding You Home

weaver of energy, of healing and of stories. I illuminate what is unseen, what is felt in the deepest parts of the soul and help birth it to form. My ability to see beyond what presents on the surface, into the wounds that are carried and the light that is waiting to shine through is my greatest gift.

The work I do—whether through the healing power of breathwork or my creative endeavors is not just about transformation; it is about remembrance. Planting seeds of possibility within others, being a way-shower for those who wish to live in tune with Spirit and more fully aligned to their highest path forward.

Helping the collective to remember their magic; my own path has continued to unfold and I have found my place as both the teacher and the student, the healer and the one being healed. As I assist others in reclaiming their authenticity, I myself return to my true roots as creatrix and wisdom keeper. My purpose has become the way I choose to walk in this life, leaving beauty and truth in my wake.

If you are ready to awaken, embrace your healing and walk this path with me, WELCOME! I feel so blessed that we have found each other!

Beyond all thoughts, beyond all emotion and physical forms, in the stillness of the silence, we discover who we truly are.

How I Came to this Work

I have come to stand within the circle of healers helping others to realize their innate gifts and the power they have to heal themselves. After many years of struggle and feeling I had no control over anything in my life I discovered the power of my breath.

Using breathwork and ritual practice I began healing a lifetime of emotional wounds; gaining valuable insights and tools to help me better understand who I am and creating my vision for the path forward.

My desire to help others thrive and step into their power led me to become a trauma informed breathwork facilitator in 2021. Writing this chapter in my story has been my greatest pleasure and I feel so blessed to be witness to the transformation that breathwork and awareness brings to each of my clients.

My Promise to you.

I promise to hold you safely in a container of understanding, compassion and presence. To honor your truth and keep it within our sacred circle as you seek out the parts within you that desire to be healed.

I promise to listen intently and offer my wisdom only to encourage and inspire your own inner guidance to whisper to you.

When there are moments that are hurtful and dark I promise to bathe you in divine loving light until you feel strong enough to shine on your own.

This is my promise to you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Breathwork is a powerful practice of conscious, intentional breathing that supports healing, emotional release, and deep self-awareness. By shifting the way we breathe, we can calm the nervous system, clear stagnant energy, and access expanded states of clarity, peace, and transformation.

  • Breathwork is for everyone, whether you are completely new or have experience with other mindfulness practices. Each session is guided step by step to ensure you feel comfortable and supported throughout the process. The key to a great session is to simply allow whatever you experience to unfold without trying to control it or make sense of it.

  • A session typically begins with setting an intention for the journey and discussing any challenges that you would like to explore. I then guide you into a deeply meditative state while encouraging you to consciously connect to your breath.

A curated soundscape plays in the background as you sink deeper and deeper into the experience. As you go deeper into the experience I intuitively go to work engaging with your energetic body and help you to move and navigate any old energy. While During the practice, you may experience physical sensations, emotional releases, or deep moments of insight. Afterward, there is time for reflection, integration, and sharing if you feel called.

  • Every experience is unique! Some people feel a deep sense of relaxation and peace, while others may release emotions or have profound realizations about aspects of their life that have perceived as challenging. You may experience tingling, warmth, or lightness in the body as energy moves. No matter what arises, it is all beneficial and part of your personal healing journey.

  • Absolutely! Breathwork is a natural and effective way to reduce stress and anxiety. By using specific breathing techniques, we activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which calms the body and mind, helping you feel grounded and at ease. Anxiety is a nervous system disorder/imbalance that resulted from experiencing something that pushed your nervous system into overwhelm and past it’s ‘safe’ window of tolerance. When I work with patients that experience chronic anxiety my top priority is to help them reclaim feelings of safety in their body and build more resilience within their nervous system.

  • Breathwork is a safe and supportive practice, and I am here to guide and support you through anything that arises. You are never alone in this journey and the foundation of my practice is to assist you in building more tolerance within your nervous system so that when challenging situations arise you can better navigate your emotions. When we are provided a safe space to explore the things that cause us dis-ease we can begin to down regulate the stress hormones that flood our bodies during anxious activation and renegotiate the things within our personal story that feel heavy.

  • While breathwork is safe for most people, certain conditions—such as Bi-polar and schizophrenia, epilepsy, cardiovascular issues, detached retina, recent surgeries, early or at risk pregnancy—may require modifications. If you have any medical concerns, please consult with a healthcare provider and let me know beforehand so we can adjust the practice to best support you.

  • Many people feel lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed. Some experience a boost of energy, while others may need rest as they integrate the session. It’s always helpful to drink water, journal, and be gentle with yourself after a session to allow the effects to settle in.

  • It depends on your personal goals and how breathwork resonates with you. Some people practice daily pranayama breath patterns for stress relief, while others do weekly or monthly deep-dive journeys for healing and growth. I always suggest creating space for integration and unravelling between our sessions together of 1 to 2 weeks.

  • I suggest that you experience 3 to 6 sessions if you are wanting to create transformative changes within your life. One session can serve as a gateway into the story of who you are and the experience you are having in this lifetime but the true work takes place as the story begins to unfold and the shadows begin to arrive bringing with them feelings of shame, guilt and sorrow.

  • Perfectionism and having a lack of boundaries with others is one of the most common troubles reported by my clients.
