And So It Is…
There is a moment when an idea shifts from a fleeting thought to something tangible; a decision, a commitment, a force of energy is set in motion. Four years ago I heard the call to embrace my gifts and begin sharing the healing practice of breathwork with those seeking to forge a deeper connection to their soul. As my practice has grown so has my vision for what I wish to offer to those of you I have been so fortunate to work with.
"And so it is."
This phrase is more than words; it has been my declaration, a spell of sorts and my affirmation of intention. It is the bridge between dreaming and doing, between the unseen and the final manifest. We all have a vision within us—an idea, a desire, a version of ourselves waiting to be realized. The difference between longing and becoming is the willingness to begin. To take one step. Then another. To trust that we are capable of evolving, and creating in ways we never imagined.
This is the real magic! The power of the Creatrix! The ability to hold a vision and see something through. To honor the whispers of our soul with action, to meet any resistance with resilience as we continue to grow and evolve. We don’t need to see the complete picture or have the clear vision of what the future will look like, we simply need to trust that as we take the steps forward and move in the direction of of hearts calling, everything will unfold just as it is meant to.
The launch of this website has been a labor of love, and a testament to the power of vision coupled with action. Many facets of this site will begin coming to life over the following months as I continue to grow my vision of what Awoken Breath has the potential to be.
So, please take this as an invitation to begin. To be the vessel for your vision and move forward in the direction of your hearts calling. No matter how big or outlandish your vision know you are divinely supported and totally capable. Set your intention, take action, and trust that the path forward will reveal itself in perfect time.
